Midtown Loft & Terrace offers stunning open-air views of Midtown Manhattan and the Empire State Building at golden hour — as a specialized venue, it asks guests to keep a few fair guidelines in mind:

• Bicycles, scooters, and other forms of portable transportation cannot be stored at the venue.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited.

• Last call at the bar will be 9:30pm.

• Please avoid disposing of drinks in the Terrace planters.

• Please note the Terrace is monitored by security cameras.

• There won’t be a dance floor or dance-style music (as an open-air venue, the Terrace operates under local noise regulations.) There will be live music throughout the evening to enjoy.

• At the end of the event, guests must exit via the passenger elevators on the 11th floor (not the lobby elevators).
